How do I register for an account on your ticketing website?

Visit https://tickets.41monkgate.co.uk/ and click the 'Log In' button. From there you can click 'Sign Up' and follow the registration process to create an account.

Can I collect my tickets from the Theatre box office?

All tickets purchased via our ticketing website are sent electronically and can then be printed or displayed on your mobile phone.

I completed the booking process, but haven't received my ticket via email?

Login to your account on our website and select the 'My Tickets' tab. You'll see a list of all the bookings you've made via our website. If you've not received your tickets or they do not appear in 'My Tickets' please email boxoffice@41monkgate.co.uk as soon as possible.

I can't come to the performance I booked anymore. Can I get a refund?

No refunds are available unless the Event is cancelled, postponed or if the Event is materially changed. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

Can I buy a ticket on the door?

Yes, subject to availability although we would always recommend purchasing your tickets as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

How many seats can you book online?

This will change on an event by event basis, subject to the event organiser's requirements.

Can I book a specific seat?

All seating in Theare@41 is unreserved. Please email boxoffice@41monkgate.co.uk if you have any accessibility issues.

What is a concession?

Theatre@41 is a receiving house, which means a number of productions choose this venue to put on their performance, and they will set the ticket price. Some shows will have a set ticket price, some will include a 'concession' price.

Where you see 'concession' listed in ticket prices this indicates there is a reduced ticket price for those who fall into the concession category. Theatre@41 defines a concession as any patron:

Under the age of 16
Over the age of 65
Disabled
Unemployed and in receipt of the relevant benefit.

Where is the theatre?
